Downtown just got a little brighter! We’re excited to share that Downtown Properties proudly partnered with the DTLA Alliance to help bring café-style string lighting to Broadway, stretching between 2nd and 4th Streets. These lights aren’t just for the holidays, they’ll remain in place all year round, creating a warm, welcoming glow for everyone who lives, works, and visits the heart of Downtown.

This project is part of a larger effort to enhance public safety and the nighttime experience in DTLA, alongside tree lighting on 7th Street and ambient lighting at Angels Flight. We’re proud to play a role in supporting these improvements and in helping create a more vibrant, connected, and inviting community.
